We hit Day 2 of London Ribfest 2025 with one goal: document the BBQ gods. No lemonade, no candy apples — just smoke, meat, and sauce-stained aprons. We filmed every rib shack, brisket tent, and pulled pork slinger. If it smelled like BBQ, we pointed a camera at it.

Early Day 1 — London Ribfest, Where the Barbecue Sings (31 July 2025)
The grills were just heating up, but the stories were already cookin’. I showed up early with a camera, empty hands, and an appetite for the first sizzle. Vendors still setting up.
